Minhas opiniões numa leitura rápida:

Buffs na maioria, interessante. Exceto nos que eram muito roubados obviamente.

IO não ter turn rate faz todo o sentido do mundo

Bem troll a habilidade nova do lifestealer... me misturar a um exército do chen ou da enchantress e ficar puxando com os creep...

Pqp, buffaram o hook do gordo, ainda bem que não jogo allpick mesmo pois vai ser uma desgraça.

Riki com máximo de 6 blinks agora... pode quitar se deixar esse fdp farmar...

Techies no captains, tenho que assistir uns jogos quando liberar essa merda.

Nerf forte no ravage

Walrus Punch é enemy target (bah, não gostei)

Fatal Bonds do warlock mais fácil de usar

Galinha mais barata (daqui a pouco vão estar dando galinha e tp de graça pra ver se o pessoal começa a pegar nos pubs)

Bottle crowing nerfado mais ainda (e ainda vai ter um fdp que vai me roubar galinha sem avisar pra fazer essa merda)

Circlet é item inicial obrigatório mais ainda agora em vários personagens (abaixou o preço)

Diffusal Blade is no longer a Unique Attack Modifier - será que stacka no antimage? vai ser o troll das manas...

GAMEPLAY

When spectating a game with a team's Fog of War selected, you now only see what they can see in-world and on the minimap. This applies to player perspective as well

Improved server stability under UDP packet flood attack by moving packet processing off of the game thread and onto worker threads.

Added a sound effect that plays when Sange and Sange & Yasha's maim procs on an attack





ALT-CLICK

Alt-Clicking now works on Passive and Unlearned abilities

You can now Alt-Click your own, and your enemies', health and mana bars to announce the current health and mana

If you Alt-Click an item or ability but do not have enough mana, the amount of mana needed will be shared

You can now Alt-Click buffs and debuffs on your hero to announce them to your team

Alt-Clicking now works for items without activation (such as Aegis of the Immortal)

Alt-Clicked abilities that are ready now also include the level of the ability

Alt-Clicking on a dead enemy's icon in the top bar will announce that they are dead, and when they will respawn

Alt-Clicking your respawn timer announces your respawn time to your team

Alt-Clicking on the Glyph button will announce its status, and Ctrl-Alt-Clicking the button will suggest not using the Glyph yet

Alt-Clicking an enemy's bottle now shows what rune is inside of it





BUG FIXES

Fixes for several effects being erroneously visible through the Fog of War

Fixed a case where users had very large control group settings files, which was causing long delays after selecting their hero (some users in this situation have had their control groups reset)

Fixed not being able to taunt sometimes after using a prediction charm

Fixed Death Effects not playing





WORKSHOP

Fixed not being able to edit .pcf particle files when launching Dota 2 with "-tools -nop4"



Não gostei do nerf no Earth Spirit!



Foderam com a vida do Panda, alem de tirar o bottle crow, ainda nerfaram a armor dele que só a porra no early game.



Broodmother, nerf pra que? Deveriam ter dado um minor buff;



CK, fodastico esse buff;



Chen, Enchantress e Naix, Puppey pulou de felicidade nesses buffs. Secret vai rulas as tetas nesse patch.



CM, ainda acho que não teremos ela de volta ao competitivo, precisava de mais range no Crystal Nova ou mais MS pra ela;



DS, e voltamos com o DS offlane;



DP, não aguento mais ver DP em competitivo, foi um nerf aceitavel, não fodeu de vez com a vida dela;



ET, otimo nerf;



Void, nerf ok, ainda acho que esse hero será mass picked, ainda mais agora com buffs em alguns suportes;



Gyro, otima mudança, será que teremos ele de volta no competitivo?



IO, N0Tail pulou de felicidade, Secret é amigones do Ice Frog haha;



Jakiro, ainda acho que precisava de mais nerf no Liquid Fire, achei fraco o nerf;



Jugger, early game ficou BEM fortinho, será o retorno do combo Jugger + CM?



Leshrac, Como é IceFrog? Isso foi um buff? Ou foi só pra lembrarmos que o Leshrac existe?



Lifestealer, ainda não corrigiram o grande ponto fraco dele que é 'kite', mas ao menos agora ajudaram ele no gank e pra fugir.



Lina, estou em duvida se devo considerar um buff ou um nerf, mas gostei das alterações, mais dificil de acertar o stun no late game, mas mais tempo de stun, mais dano, mas mais gasto de mana;



Lone Druid, foi um buff bem consideravel, considerando que a maioria dos herois pushers foram nerfados, Admiral Bulldog pulou de felicidade, provavelmente nao vao mandar ele embora da Alliance;



Luna, achei o buff bem agressivo, deveriam ter colocado um buff de cada vez pra ver o que ia dar, um provavel Most Picked no competitivo;



Morph, porra 1.25 a mais de stun, buff BEM bacana.



BALAMAR, buff bem foda, TEREMOS O BATMAN de volta pro competitivo;



Ogre, bem colocado o nerf;



OD, Icefrog da com uma mão e tira com a outra, se foi um buff, não gostei;



PA, como assim? Só isso de nerf? E a porra do blind? Não vão nerfar?



Pudge, os pubers pularam de felicidade, se antes era o most pick de pub, agora entao...



QOP, Legal os caras mudaram pra Pure DMG, mas diminuiram muito o dano, ainda acho que não foi um buff para ela ser pickada em competitivo;



Riki, achei que ele ficou bem imba agora, ja estava fortinho demais na minha opiniao;



Silencer, o Rei do Harass, imagina como será uma lane contra esse fdp agora? Com o nerf no bottle crow, sera que veremos ele mid novamente?



Skywrath, não entendi essa alteração, isso diminuiu o armor também?



Sniper, QUE PORRA FOI ESSA? Achei um lixo essa alteração de Schrapnel, principalmente o fato de não acertar construções mais;



SB, só isso de buff? vai ter que se esforçar mais IceFrog;

Incrivelmente não deram nenhum nerf no omni, mas tiraram o Attack Modify da Diffusal, será que veremos mais carriers de Diffusal qdo tiver game com Omni?
